My team Leicester City face relegation today to the 3rd tier of english football for the first time in theie 124 year history.
This will mean dropping out of the club of 9 teams never to have played below the 2nd tier, we currently share the honour with 4 northern & 4 southern teams
they are. Man Utd,Liverpool,Everton,Newcastle from the north & Arsenal,Tottenham,West Ham & Chelsea from the south.
A win today at promotion chasing Stoke will save us but is highly unlikely so we will have to better than whatever Southampton do.They are at home to Sheff Utd.
We are 4th bottom with the 3rd highest average attendance of 23536 in the division & the highest gate of the season of 31892.
We have had 4 managers this season spent £11m have one of the highest wage bills in the league yet have struggled to compete with teams such as Blackpool , Colchester & Scunthorpe !
And just when it couldn't get any worse Nottingham Forest got promoted yesterday so could swap places with us !

Think I will go down the pub & watch the car crash happening live on sky with a few mates.

keep everything crossed for a miracle !

Sorry for you Steve. I saw the 1st half and I have to say its a lomg time since I watched a Liecester match but...... there were a lot of desperate late tackles. And why dont they play keepy ball instead of givey away ball. Just about the entire half was spent at the wrong end of the pitch. I was tearing my hair out as a neutral god alone knows what you must have been going through. Hope your head feels better by tomorow night.
