Woo hoo! The upgrade appears to have gone smoothly without me having to worry about restoring the database backup that's sitting on my hard drive. The only slight concern is that I had to manually edit one of the scripts because of an unrelated security vulnerability. Everything appears to be working OK, but if any bugs appear, please let me know.

As with nearly all forum software, the smilies are generated from the emotions that you type into a text box. At this stage though, there's no key as to which smilies are supported, but all the standard options are present.

I got home last night to see that a residents meeting was taking place at 6.30pm with a representative from the factor. Didn't even have time to eat before it. Two and a quarter hours later... Not amused.
