Have fun doing whatever you'll be doing over the next few days, and I'll see you all next week.
And good luck to all R2P debutants next week.

Just to let you know I won't be around for a while. I'm moving home tomorrow, and it will take a while to get broadband set up. I'm back at work on Wednesday, but until then I will have no net access at all.

Cheers guys. Move went fine. Back at work now, so finally got internet access. Now for some much-needed Christmas shopping...

I've just done mine - every single thing bought on Amazon.
How organised am I this year? There'll be no wandering around shops on December 24th for me!Glad the move went well. How did you find it? Having done a move without any help a few months back, I can understand why people detest moving so much. It wasn't a good feeling to be sitting in my new living room at the end of the day, absolutely cream crackered, but still surrounded by boxes. « Last edit by Scott Dryden on Fri Dec 14, 2007 12:10 am. » |

It wasn't too bad, to be honest. Worst bit was sitting around in my flat on the Friday morning with everything packed away, and waiting (hoping) that the money would come through. Once we got the phonecall at 2pm, we knew it was going ahead, and we could relax, somewhat. Other than one room that has been designated the box storage depot (until we get the loft floored, anyway), the house is looking fairly decent now. Even have a Christmas tree up! ![]() Anyway, apparently our broadband should be activated on the 24th. A nice Christmas present... _______________ ![]() |
