Yes, going out for lunch with the family and then taking the train to Ilkley so the kids can go to the park there. Having family round for a chinese takeaway in the evening, would be drinking but not allowed to have more than one due to the new drugs I'm taking for my Crohns.

Thanks again, yes it's a lovely day if a little chilly, about 10 degrees celcius but with no breeze it's pleasant enough in the sun.
