Just about to leave for a weekend in London, where my other half and I will be going to see the musical Wicked in the west end. Never been to a show in London before, so should be quite an experience. Also going to go to Tower of London. Oh, and we're staying in a Hilton, which is nice.

Im back from holliday u had fun?? weekend is over so just curious

I had a great weekend. Wicked was fantastic, a truly memorably show. And we spent a good five hours at Tower of London too. Throw in a couple of unplanned trips to the gym to keep my rowing going, and a weekend doesn't get much better.

yeah my hollidays where great,
my first time flying was amazing
did some Quad riding over the Iland, and when to Bosnia also to ''Mostar'' where the war was a few years ago.. strange to see buildings full with bullit holes and building which where bombed and just stand there between al the other houses and 41 degrees... betweeen mountains no wind at all.. pretty hot.
further on went to villages and so on... will post some pictures soon here..

I'm going to Ireland (first time non-business) 1/2 term in October where I expect it to be wet and windy - I'll be packing my bike

I'm off to Alcudia in Majorca & just realised I fly on 9/11 (sept 11th) for a week.I think I will need a beer or 2 before I get on the plane !

Meant to say, the flight down to London was pretty cool. I had a window seat, and was casually looking down below me when I spotted something familiar on the ground. It was Silverstone! Looks kinda insignificant from the air, not much more than a glorified airfield...

Well, I'll be off on my proper holidays tomorrow - going to Lake Garda for a week. Should be nice - a week of Italian food is never bad.
